Rooted in Growth.
Leading with Faith. Building Together.
At The Huddle, growth isn’t meant to be a solo journey. We create spaces where seekers, switchers and builders find clarity, courage and connection.
Our Vision
A community of Muslim entrepreneurs who support each other’s entrepreneurial, personal and spiritual growth.
Our Story
Every great venture begins with a question:
What would it take for early-stage Muslim founders to stop building alone and start growing together?
So, we began building. We tested, failed, and started again—not once, but over and over. More than 70% of what we tried never made it to the finish line. But every failure sharpened our purpose. Slowly, through trial and resilience, something real began to form—a space built on support, accountability and shared belief.
That space became The Huddle—a living, breathing ecosystem where founders don’t just build businesses; they build themselves. In the end, success isn’t about getting it right the first time. It’s about showing up, learning and rising—together.
Each attempt taught us something new about what early-stage Muslim founders truly needed—until we finally distilled it down to the three pillars of The Huddle:
As One Huddler Puts It
Our Core Values
The Huddle is for ambitious Muslim founders in the UK. Whether you’re bootstrapping, switching careers or scaling up, if you’re building something that matters, you’ll fit right in.
Faith + Growth
Trusting in something bigger while striving every day to grow — spiritually, emotionally, professionally.
Belonging + Purpose
Creating safe spaces where you don’t have to hide, where your story matters and where purpose becomes lived, not just talked.
Reflection + Action
Pausing to listen (to God, to self, to others), then making moves — clarity without action is wasted.
Honesty + Courage
Showing up as we are, speaking truth even when it’s hard and stepping into risk for the sake of purpose.

Whatever shape it takes, your progress must be concrete. It should show two things:

You’re serious about your business — you’ve already put in the work.

You’re ready to commit to showing up consistently.
